Guest Ratings & Reviews
I couldn't help but notice a few things during my stay at the hotel. The location is just perfect, nestled between the central station and the museums, making it super convenient to explore the city. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very knowledgeable and welcoming. However, the dining options were a bit underwhelming, and the room quality didn't meet the expected standards.
The hotel is a hidden gem, offering spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated rooms with a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The service is top-notch, with a warm and efficient team making your stay truly memorable. The fantastic location right off the Prinsengracht canal adds a special touch to your experience, with plenty of dining options in the vibrant neighborhood.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, despite lacking windows and ventilation, were spacious and tastefully decorated, but were not as well-equipped as expected from a 4-star hotel. The service was efficient and friendly overall, although some staff members displayed a bad attitude. The location was ideal, conveniently situated between the central station and museums, with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. The dining experience left more to be desired, as the options were limited and basic. Facilities were decent, but there were noticeable drawbacks that affected the overall experience.
Our stay was quite mixed at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and cozy, although cleanliness could have been better with some dust and dirt spots. Being on the lower ground floor of a separate building was not ideal. On the positive side, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we had room issues, they agreed to move us. The location was great, close to key attractions without the hustle and bustle, but the disappointment came from not being informed about additional garden rooms. The dining experience was hit or miss, with some great dishes but also a lack of staff presence. Overall, a decent stay with both highs and lows.
My stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms were quiet, comfortable, and the temperature was perfect. The hotel's location was right in the heart of Amsterdam, close to all the places of interest while maintaining a relaxing atmosphere. The service was impeccable, with staff going out of their way to ensure a memorable stay. However, the dining experience was not outstanding, but the facilities were great.
The hotel is situated right off the Prinsengracht canal, offering a fantastic location central to all places of interest, just a few yards from the picturesque canal. The rooms were comfortable, although lacking some privacy in terms of bathroom access. Dining was a mix of good and disappointing experiences, with fresh pastries and bread standing out, while the staff seemed overwhelmed. Overall, a great location with some service and dining aspects to consider.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were fabulous, stylish, modern, and clean but showed wear and tear with missing pictures on the wall, holes in the carpets, and spots on the wallpaper. Cooling down at night was a bit challenging, and the room felt very compact without a desk or bath.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The location was perfect, just off the beaten track but still close to everything Amsterdam has to offer. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, but had some design flaws like no windows and poor ventilation in the toilet. The service was fantastic, especially during check-in, and the breakfast was delicious; however, the dining options were a bit limited. Overall, a great place with a few hiccups along the way.
The hotel is right in the heart of Amsterdam, surrounded by fantastic bars and restaurants, and just a short walk away from the central buzz. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but some issues like dim lighting and wear and tear are noticeable. The service is friendly and accommodating, although there were some areas that felt a bit cold. The location is amazing for exploring both charming neighborhoods and major tourist spots. The dining experience varied, with some delicious dishes but lacking in certain aspects. Overall, a great place with some room for improvement.
